Ironclad Systems LLC ("Ironclad", "we", "us") provides TrueNarrative, a documentation assistant for police report narratives. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email, department, and role provided when an account is created.
• Usage data: events such as cleanup, summary, questions, and finalize actions, used for service operation and limits.
• Narrative content: text you submit is processed to return drafts, summaries, or clarifying questions.
• Technical data: standard request metadata (timestamps, IP, user agent) used for security and reliability.

How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the TrueNarrative service.
• To enforce trial limits, account access, and department-level administration.
• To improve reliability, security, and usability of the product.
• To respond to support requests and access requests.

Third-Party Processing

Narrative text submitted to AI features is sent to our model provider solely to generate the requested output (e.g., cleaned text, summary, questions, finalized draft). We do not sell your data.

Data Retention

Account and event records are retained for as long as your account is active or as required to operate the service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure; report any suspected issue to support@ironclad-systems.com.
