These Terms govern your use of TrueNarrative, provided by Ironclad Systems LLC ("Ironclad"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

• You will use TrueNarrative only for lawful, professional purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any narrative you submit and for the final content of any report you publish.
• You will not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

No Legal Advice

TrueNarrative is a documentation assistant. It does not provide legal advice, charging recommendations, or determinations of guilt. All AI output is a draft that must be reviewed and verified by the user before submission.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Department administrators may manage users within their department.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironclad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for misuse of the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
